The Challenge

The goal of the project was to rethink and redesign the website user experience and elements of the interface in order to improve Ahoy Club’s overall customer experience and lift both audience reach and sales figures.

The analysis of the website metrics showed that there were leaking funnels that needed to be fixed to improve conversions

The Approach

We conducted discussions with business representatives to gain insight into user behaviours and inconsistencies they have identified with the website.

UX UI audit of the website was conducted for a range of screen sizes. This included outlining the issues and presenting a recommended fix for approval from the client.

The Outcome

We are currently in the process developing the front end changes (6 sprints have been set up for this). Since May 2022 when we first started revising elements on the website the overall coversions on the website have increased by 58.75%
